It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it.

Over the years I've run into some dirty/nasty/ridiculous/dangerous buildings.  One of the reasons I like this job is that, not only is it different every day but it never fails to amaze.  Thought I would share some pictures of housing that I found interesting.
Porch Damage

When I pulled into the driveway of this house this is the way the front porch ceiling looked.  Believe me, I really appreciated the people that did part of my job for me here.  I might never have found the damage without a little help from my friend (whoever it was).
Clean laundry area

This is the laundry room from Hell.  Actually, the entire house looked somewhat like this in variable degrees.  The bad part (although the dog left with the owners) was the fleas.  Had to stop on the way home and buy spray for me and my clothes.
utility room & spiders

I hated this one because it had spiders hanging in their webs everywhere.  Many of the things I had to inspect were in this room.  Almost too many issues to count.

The pictures above tell only half the story, but like I said "somebody has to do it".
